3 Ways To Use Your Iphone For Business

If I Lost my iphone right now I‘d be steaming!

 Technology is changing and moving at such a high rate of speed at times I get overwhelmed with all the latest gadgets. When cells phones were just starting to get hot, I waited.  Then I finally got a plain basic cell phone. No bells or whistles. Then texting became the rage. My friends were hounding me to get texting…

Dude, you gotta get text messaging! I waited. Then my friend Doug Taylor got the iphone. He calls me up ranting and raving about this iphone.

I waited, and waited and waited…
 Until one night about 6 months ago, Doug calls and tells me his iphone saved gig that night.  It turns out he was doing sound and lights for some band on the strip and the bands sound and light equipment malfunctioned.

He just happened to download the bands backing music tracks  and light arrangment on his iphone the day before! Just as a backup! Turns out it saved the day.

I purchased a iphone the next day.

I use my iphone for so many things now it blows my mind! Here are just 3 things I use my iphone on a regular basis.

1. Photos – You can take photos and email them instantly!
2. Video - You can capture an event or interview someone instantly!
3. Notes – With this application I can take notes any time and then email those notes instantly!

Here are some things I do with my iphone:
 Photos – #1
When I go to a seminar or some sort of networking event I tend to meet a lot of people. I also tend to forget a lot of the people I had met… until I got my iphone. Now what I do is ask the person I am talking to to hold their business card up next to their cheek so I will remember them.

The cool thing about this photo application is, immediately after taking a photo you can email the photo anywhere in the world instantly! Wouldn’t it be cool if you are walking thru an airport and you bump into someone you always wanted to meet, then got a photo with them and then send it to all your friends. You bet!

The second day I had my iphone, I am walking out of church with Vickie and we see a car fire and I wipped out my iphone, started video tapping the fire. I then posted it to one of my other  sites, www.LasVegasNewsBlog.com from my iphone in seconds! I beat the local news and got huge spike in traffic.
But lets talk about the ipone today…

Check out the video below…I was at the M Hotel in Las Vegas and in the hallway I bumped into the most famous motivational speaker in the world, Les Brown!

Is this the best video in the video? Heck no, but I got Les Brown on video!

There are only 3 ways you can grow your business. Let me be upfront about this topic. I did not create this concept.

The first time I heard about the 3 Ways To Grow Your Business was in 2003. Marketing legend, Jay Abraham was on the stage in Anahiem California. He can be a controversial guy. In my experince people love him or hate him. Me, I became an instant fan.

Jay was talking on stage and then as if it was just an after thought, Jay said: “Folks there are only 3 ways to grow your business”. In that moment I felt like I was about to get the ”Secret Key” to the gates of unlimited profits and prosperity!

Jay continued…

. Increase the number of clients
2. Increase the average transaction value
3. Increase the frequency of repurchase —
Get more residual value out of each client

I remember sitting there, listening and thinking…When the student is ready the teacher will come. I was ready and Jay abraham showed up that day! I don’t know if Jay Abraham was the originator of that concept, but I’ll never forget his presentation. Thank you Jay!

Have you ever noticed how lucky some people are?
Lucky in business?
Lucky in career?
Lucky financially?
Lucky with relationships?
Lucky getting new clients?
Lucky getting referrals?

The best definition of luck I have ever heard:
“Luck is when preparration meets opportunity.”

That’s it in a nutshell!

I ‘ve heard many small business owners and entrepreneurs talk about,
if only Walmart took on my product they would be successful.

If only they could get on Oprah they would be successful.

If only their book became a New York Times Best Seller…

My first question is: Are you preparred?
If Oprah were to call you today and invite you on the show tomorrow…
Are you preparred?

Is the copy on your website ready for the world to see?
Do you have a way to capture a visitors name and email address?
Is your hosting ready for more traffic than you could ever imagine?
If you are selling a product, are you ready for a ton of orders?
Have you preparred for the interview process?
Are you clear about your message?

Thinking you can just wing it because you have such a great product
and personality is naieve and immature.

From the movie” Man on Fire” with Danzel Washington there was one
line I will never forget in which he was speaking to this young
10 year old girl:

“There is Trained and Untrained. What do you want to be? She repsonded Trained!”

Marketitng is no different. Getting your message out is no different.
There is Trained and untrained. Which are you?

You want more luck?

Get trained! Get trained for when your opportunity comes you are
preparred.As you shine during your opportunity, more opportunites
will surely come your way.

The only time you can effectively and profitabily wing it is when you
are so well trained and preparred that the words rolls off your tongue
with ease and articulation.

There are numerious ways to get FREE Traffic with articles. This is also reffered
to as Article Marketing. Before we get into any specifics on Article Marketing
let’s clarify and define a few things first.

1. What is Online Article Marketing?
In it’s basic form, you write an article and submit that article to the various
online content publishers which can and may include article directories,
blogs, forums etc…

Article Marketing is an already proven way to drive FREE traffic to your
website. The amount of traffic will be in direct proportion to the market or
niche of your business. If this is a popular niche, then you have a good
chance of getting some good Free Traffic.

2. How Does Article Marketing Work?
At the bottom of every article you write is your Signature File. The more
 publishers that use your content on there website, the better the
chances of visitors reading thru to the bottom to see who wrote the article.
When people put your articles on there website, that’s called syndication.

Inside your Signature File is either a email or website link. It is the people
reading your articles that will be clicking on your links in your Signature File.
This is one of the ways that you will get FREE Traffic to your website.
