One of my mentors, Armand Morin has a saying, ” Success Leaves Traces”. Consider basket ball great Lebron James, UFC Champion Randy Couture, and Tennis MasterRodger Federrer. What do they all have in common?
They all have a mentor and or a coach. Think about it, the guys that are the best in the world at what they do, still have a coach. They know and understand the principle, “Success Leaves Traces”.
John Childers, another great marketer use to talk about going through mine field. He would ask his students, “What’s the best way to get thru a mine field?’ He’d respond, “Follow in the exact foot steps of the person ahead of you that has already made it through.
Now let’s look at your business…
Who is mentoring you through your marketing mine field?
Who is mentoring you through your sales process?
Who is mentoring you through your cash flow issues?
Bottom Line…
You need a coach.
Nobody succeeds by themself! We all need help. We all need a coach. We all need a mentor.
This past weekend I spent 3 days with my Marketing Mentor Armand Morin and a group of his inner cirlce members. I was in a room with the best internet marketers in the world.
Yes I made some new friends, which I am very happy and excited about. Yes, I learned some new information. But one of the things that happen for me was, I got every one of my questions answered.
Imagine getting all your marketing questions answered and knowing exactly what your next steps will be. It’s a little late and I’m tired but wanted to make a quick post.

A few years ago I heard NY Times Best Selling author Robert G. Allen say” Do What You do Best and Outsource The Rest.” Mark Victor Hansen is famous for saying, ” You Can’t Make $500 Dollars an Hour Doing The $5 Dollar an Hour Work.”
These two quotes have made it to the wall in my office. The concept behind “Marketing You Can Use” was to share and provide marketing tips and strategies for the small business owner.
Sometimes at business owners, we get caught up in the day the day activites. It could be as simple as photocopying a few pages of a report or refilling the paper towels in the restroom. This is the perfect example of doing the $5 dollar an work but expecting $500 dollar an hour return on time invested.
I am not saying you should never do some of those activites. Just remember the two quotes at the beginning of this article.

Affiliate management can be divided into 3 area:
1. Recruit
2. Train
3. Motivate
Affiliates are the life blood for many marketers businesses.
An affiliate manager is always on the lookout for new quality affiliates they can recruit. Bringing on 3-5 new affilates a month can have huge financial rewards by the end of the year.
Training and providing new tools for affiliates is also extremely important for any affiliate program.
Keeping affiliates motivated is critical to the success of every affiliate program. One of the ways to keep affiliates engaged and motivated is to hold a monthy contest or special promotion.
Depending on the specific affiliate program, there are many other activities that a affiliate manager may do on a daily basis.

During every sales process someone gets sold:
1. The Salesman wants a YES or…
2. The Customer says NO.
Bottom line, someone gets sold.
Every sales training I have even seen or studied talks about the assumed close. Act as if they are going to say YES even if they don’t fully believe it.
The real power of the assumed close as a salesperson is belief. For this to work at the highest level, it’s critical that you have 100% conviction about the product and what it can do for your customer.
About 4 years ago, Vickie’s grandson who was then 5 yrs. old, did the perfect assumed sale on Vickie and me…
It was Easter Sunday and I gave Vickie a HUGE Easter Basket that stood about 3 feet tall. It had multiple chocolate bunnys, jelly beans, CDs, and a whole bunch of other cool stuff. It was beautiful!
The next day her grandson came by to visit us. He walked in the house, turned the corner into the dining room and saw this magnificent Easter Basket. His face lit up and he yelled with Conviction, Joy and Total Commitment…
“THANK YOU VICKIE!”
In that moment we realized he thought that basket was for him! We didn’t have the heart to tell him is was for Vickie. His total assumtive sales technique sold us and he went home with the Easter Basket.
So remember, your belief is EVERYTHING!

No doubt, people are struggling more now than ever before. All the hoping and wishing isn’t going to change that.
However, what you can control is your attitude. As my friend Les Brown says, “When things go bad, you don’t have to follow it”. Now more than ever you need to protect and empower your mental real estate.

*You need to monitor what you read.
Everything yo do plants a seed in your mind. That seed grows to move you forward or hold you back. When it come to your business it is your responsibility to stay focused, persistent and optimistic. That’s why you need to protect your mental real estate.

Do you have a plan or a strategy for generating traffic to your site on a regular basis? I dont know what that may be for you. I would suggest whatever that is, that you have some sort of checklist or blue print to follow.
Having a checklist at hand is one way of keeping you on track. Additionally, it can also assist you as to what your next steps may be on any given task or day.
Below are 5 ways that you can focus your Traffic Generation activity. There are numerous ways to drive traffic to your website but the Key to consistent traffic is having a plan in place and follow it day in and day out.

There are numerious ways to get FREE Traffic with articles. This is also reffered
to as Article Marketing. Before we get into any specifics on Article Marketing
let’s clarify and define a few things first.
1. What is Online Article Marketing?
In it’s basic form, you write an article and submit that article to the various
online content publishers which can and may include article directories,
blogs, forums etc…
Article Marketing is an already proven way to drive FREE traffic to your
website. The amount of traffic will be in direct proportion to the market or
niche of your business. If this is a popular niche, then you have a good
chance of getting some good Free Traffic.
2. How Does Article Marketing Work?
At the bottom of every article you write is your Signature File. The more
publishers that use your content on there website, the better the
chances of visitors reading thru to the bottom to see who wrote the article.
When people put your articles on there website, that’s called syndication.
Inside your Signature File is either a email or website link. It is the people
reading your articles that will be clicking on your links in your Signature File.
This is one of the ways that you will get FREE Traffic to your website.
